Crochet The Granny Stripe Stitch
"Most crocheters learned their creative skills from the tutelage of their patient mothers and grandmothers. One of the first projects most crocheters will ever venture to attempt crocheting is the Granny Square! The Granny Square is a staple amongst all crocheters, but if you're anything like me, having to devote hours upon hours to crocheting seperate squares and then joining them together leaves me a bit disinterested. Due to this very reason I'm sure many of you share in my frustration, which is why I decided to share the Granny Stripe Stitch with you all! The Granny Stripe Stitch creates a classic and beautifully textured fabric, which is why I'm sure you'll be eager to use this stitch when crocheting cosy heirloom blankets (for all those future grandchildren) and adorable scarves!"
