Very nice and roomy tote bag. Using cotton yarn makes this tote very durable and doubling the yarn makes it very sturdy and heavy duty. Instructions are very easy to follow. Need more pictures of the work in progress but shouldnt have any difficulties even without them.

Very nice tote and a definite must make for me because I just love chunky, natural looking yarns. I think it is going to be great to hold whatever current crochet project I am busy on. Then again I might use it as a tote for shopping or perhaps make 2, one for projects and one for shopping. That is probably what I will do and I already have exactly the right yarn.

This pattern is made by holding two strands of yarn together throughout the entire project, so I think this would be a nice sturdy bag. If you want this to be a market grocery bag then definitely use the kitchen cotton yarn because it is a sturdier type of yarn. Many grocery stores are charging for plastic bags now, so make a bunch of these and carry them with you at all times. That way you won't have to pay any more for your groceries than you have to!

I decided to try this bag, I had some odd yarn and gave it a try. What fun-I didn't quite make it as the instructions directed but it came out great now I use it to bring my current crochet projects to work to show to my crochet friends and to continue crocheting during lunch time. Please continue to add simple easy projects as I'm trying to increase my skill level. Thank you Gretchen White
