"This gorgeous shawl will look amazing with most outfits. Even though it has wooden beads on the fringe, it is light weight. It's perfect for all three seasons! It's versatility makes it a must have for your wardrobe. It's crocheted using a modified granny square design. Instead of using three double crochets, this pattern uses two half double crochets. The lack of the extra step in the stitch helps this garment to work up quickly and easily. There is a detailed photo tutorial included in the pattern for the fringe attachment and beading."

Oh yes, I have made triangle shawls before, each of them with their own look. I am a huge fan of the classic granny square, and this shawl is a modern take on that. Don't fear this project, it is actually pretty easy to make. And fun, too, when you don't have to count stitches every row. I too am a Red Heart Unforgettable yarn lover! This stuff is so pretty for its variations on thickness within the strand, and of course the gorgeous colors. It is a little bit challenging when you have to rip out a stitch- the yarn strands can sometimes tangle or stick together. But don't let that stop you! Have fun with this. Yay for the beads -)

I love the look of this Cappuccino Triangle Shawl. After reading the written pattern I'm not too sure about how it will work out? I guess the only way to know is to do it and to follow the written pattern as is and see what happen. There are a lot of pictures on how to do the trim with beads. Has anyone made this beautiful shawl? If so, how did it turn out? I'm going to give it a try and hope it works out. Thank you so much for sharing this free crochet pattern.
