Hooded Cabled Cape
"A while back I created the Hoodie Cowl, and ever since I have been wanting to create a hooded cape based on it. I finally have, and it’s everything I hoped it would be! The hood still has the cable running up the back, and the cape features 3 cables, one on the back, and one on each of the front edges. The cape can be completed with 3 skeins of Lion Brand Scarfie. Enjoy!"

I like this Hooded Cabled Cape. The cable stitch looks tedious to make but it's actually just the appearance that looks difficult to do. In reality, the cable stitch is easy peasy.

Oh wow this Hooded Cabled Cape is beautiful. I have made a few of Jess's crocheted pattern and they come out great. so I have no doubt that this one will too. The pattern is well written and easy to follow. I like the 3 cables on the back that go all the way up the hood. I'm thinking of making mine a bit longer as well. I saved this one and will be making it before the fall.. Thank you so much for sharing this free crochet pattern.

I always love an opportunity to practice making crochet cables. This one is going on my to-do list. I may extend it into a full poncho though. I dont really have a use for a capelet. I hope I can find yarn like this in my area. I like the gradient.
