Can someone please help me find a hardcopy book (not a youtube video) on various joining techniques for granny squares?

Can someone please help me find a harddopy book (not a youtube video) that is dedicated to various joining techniques for granny squares?

I happen to live within a convenient distance to the Star City of the South, and thats the first thing I thought of when I saw this granny square. Even though were not officially residents, were very proud of this amazing landmark. This project is going to the top of my list for my vacation travel this summer. I have just the perfect colors in mind, too!

I do like the idea of a sampler granny square afghan. I have never attempted that before. Since there seem to be so many square designs out there, it would be quite easy to do so. A great idea would be to incorporate a color theme to tie them all together, instead of having random squares that are mismatched.

This granny square is also Lucky Block #13 for the Moogly 2015 Afghan Crochet Along. I didnt much with crochet alongs during that time but this is a really cute block and may find time to go back and check out the other ones that were also part of the 2015 crochet along.

This is very pretty but once again my fertile little mind has taken over. What if I changed the colors to red, white and blue for a patriotic throw? The star is what gave me the idea. Maybe change up a couple and alternate the same colors.i think it would be great and a more suited throw for the mans cave in your home.
