Crochet Pacifier Clip
"This sweet little pacifier clip can be made in less than 30 minutes with simple cotton yarn and a mitten clip. The clip makes it easy to attach to just about anything. The pattern uses a technique to create a loop at the top that is fed through the hole of the pacifier and then back through itself to attach without knots or additional strings. These clips make inexpensive, super cute and functional gifts for new parents!"

Materials List
- mitten clip
- Lion Brand Kitchen Cotton Yarn
- Crochet hook size F
- Pacifier
Instructions
Using a small crochet hook (size F) and some kitchen cotton yarn, I was able to crochet 5 single crochet stitches directly onto the mitten clip. From there I just used half double crochets until it was about the length I wanted (roughly 12″), using a chain-one turn at the end of each row. In the last row, I did the following: 2 hdc ch 15 skip stitch 2 hdc finish off I made sure to weave the ends in tight.
Assembly
To attach the pacifier, I just put the whole chain loop through the little hole and then fed the entire length of the pacifier clip, including the clip, through the loop.

How did we manage without these pacifier clips back in the day? This is one of the most practical items in a moms tool chest. What could be worse than losing that binky and having a crying baby to boot? This is a must have.

I love making these for new moms. They always look so grateful. Nothing like being out with baby and the paci goes missing. Oh the end is near! Lol. This way it's always right there and if you make them in different colors they will match the outfits. Thank you so much.

These little things are so wonderful. They have been around for years. Even when my boys were little. I didnt have time to do much crocheting with three little boys so they always had the ones that I bought from the stores. They sure saved the day on many occasions.

Re clips for pacifiers I know someone who accidently clipped her baby's pacifier to her skin. Be careful to just catch the clothing.

Super easy and very practical. I love this simple crochet pacifier clip. For those of us that have mothers expecting, this is a sure winner at the baby shower. Now there is no need to have that frantic hunt for binky. With this handy clip, it will always be there.
