Enjoy beautiful flowers year-round with this Super Simple Flower Coaster. This free crochet pattern is so easy to make, you can work up a set of six in no time. They're great to use for springtime entertaining and summer barbecues. Use any color combination you want. Cotton yarn is ideal to to absorb any condensation or spills, but any worsted weight yarn will work.

This Super Simple coaster is perfect for an early beginner. It only uses very basic stitches, and if you dont want to start with a Magic Circle, you could still use a Ch 3 instead for the center. Id be very temped to use a specialty yarn and turn this into a dish scrubbie. A set of these would be a great hostess gift or inexpensive offering at a craft fair.
