Capitol Crochet Stitch
"Crochet pattern and tutorial that teaches you how to make this very simple 2 row repeat lacy pattern that would make a great summer top, shawl or a bathing suit cover. I named this stitch the captiol stitch because it reminds me of the capitol building. I have over 100 different stitches on my web site, feel free to use this stitch and mix and match other stitches to make amazing crocheted pieces for your family and friends."
Yarn Weight(4) Medium Weight/Worsted Weight and Aran (16-20 stitches to 4 inches)

Heres another odd little stitch that Ive never seen before. I can see using it anywhere you want an open design thats not particularly lacy or flowery looking. I also love playing around with yarn, and usually take a project and tweak it a bit to make it my own. Kudos to this designer for going out of her way to make this project accessible to just about anyone (she provides both right and left handed video tutorials).
