Teddy Bear Crochet Hat
Inspired by Winnie the Pooh, this adorable Teddy Bear Crochet Hat is the perfect pattern to make for newborn babies (both boys and girls). The ears and nose are all crocheted separately and sewn on with a tapestry needle. It's an easy pattern to crochet, but it's best if you have a bit of crochet experience under your belt before tackling this particular crocheted hat. Super bulky yarn is used, so not only is it really warm, but it's also quick to crochet, as well.
Crochet HookL/11 or 8 mm hook, N/15 or 10 mm hook
Yarn Weight(6) Super Bulky/Super Chunky (4-11 stitches for 4 inches)

I really, really like this hat! It has such a minimalist look worked as illustrated, yet it does have the potential of customization, too. You could add some eyes and other details. I love the oversized snout and ears, and personally, I wouldnt change a thing! Well, maybe adding a small pink bow if I were making this for a girl.
