This toddler sweater has been turning heads with its cute little ruffles and beautiful colors. Toddler and baby garments are not as intimidating as starting a sweater for yourself. If you make a mistake, it is easy to pull it out and you have less time loss. This toddler crochet sweater is made like a traditional sweater with a collar and yoke and then I added some extra pizazz with the ruffles. "
