Simple Waterfall Vest
"There’s a chill in the air, and the Simple Waterfall Vest is ready to keep you cozy in style. Simple really is the key - as you’ll see in this free crochet pattern in 4 sizes on Moogly! The Simple Waterfall Vest is a wonderful garment to make - even if you’ve never made an adult garment before. In fact, it is almost as easy as crocheting a scarf or blanket, because it’s really just a fancy rectangle! Worked side to side, and with a simple edging, you’ll have this pattern worked up in a long weekend - yay for sweater weather! It’s got a lot of stretch and is fun to wear both open and closed with a shawl pin. Made with Lion Brand Wool-Ease, the Simple Waterfall Vest is easy to wear, warm without being heavy, and is so cozy! If you can’t wear wool I recommend Lion Brand Heartland as a 100% acrylic substitute with the same weight and great colors."

If you do not take the time to click to the directions page for this waterfall vest you will be shorting yourself. The back is really pretty but you are going to love the front of this vest. Amazingly it is created with a single piece incorporating the arm holes as you go. This pattern is moving to the top of the short list of crochet.

I haven't crocheted this Simple Warterfall Vest yet, but it is on my list. I'm thinking of changing up the collar part, a little. Maybe more rows? The pattern is well written and so easy to follow and understand. Looking forward to working this one. Thank you so much for sharing this free crochet vest pattern.

This vest is going on my list. It looks more complicated than it actually is. This will work up fast and I will have a lovely new vest to add to my wardrobe. I always need that extra layer even in the summer with the air conditioning. I am doing a lot of traveling this summer and fall so this ill come in handy as well. Great pattern. I have to perfect yarn for it. Thank you.

This looks easy and awesome. Will certainly make one soon. I really like how the ribbing forms vertical lines since the vest is worked side to side. I would love to see a little girl version! My girls would totally wear it in the winter! They dont like full sweaters in the winter because they get too hot . This would be perfect!

I gave this pattern from Moogly a five star rating! I am loving how simple the instructions were to follow. I made mine in a basic black and charcoal color. Although, the oatmeal color featured is a go-to basic for just about any wardrobe. I wear mine open and let it fall down the sides. It's not bulky in the least bit! Thank you!
