This is a beautiful pattern! It looks to be just the right weight too...not too light and not too heavy! I really like the way the artist wrote out the pattern...all across the screen...makes it so much easier to read and follow. I too, think this pattern would be one that you could make wider and/or longer pretty easily. I like the jade color shown but there are several other colors of the yarn I'd like as well such as port or Kenai or bordeaux.

I always love patterns that are easy to make smaller or larger and this is a really good one for that. If you want it longer just add more chains at the start. If you need it smaller reduce the number of chains. If it should be wider crochet more rows or less or it needs to be narrower. Mine is going to be longer and wider, I have started to make it and it is already looking good!
