Crochet Virus Granny Shawl
Granny chic meets viral crocheting in this stylish, stunning, and easy-to-customize Crochet Virus Granny Shawl pattern. This shawl is worked up in a fingering or super fine weight yarn and is a stylish way to try your hand (or hook) at a virus crochet pattern. These motifs build on top of each other, making it easy to create a pattern that is just your size! The beauty of the Crochet Virus Granny Shawl is that the finished size can be completely customized based on the number of repeats you chose to complete. Work up a large (and so cozy shawl), or find a stopping point earlier for a more dainty or petite shawl.

Oh wow this is a beautiful Crochet Virus Granny Shawl! I like the look with the Granny stitch rows put into the mix. It looks so nice. I downloaded both patterns, the first one has more pictures to see and the second a nice chart. I'm looking forward to making this one to add to my shawl collection. Thank you so much for sharing this free crochet shawl pattern.

These virus projects are just amazing. The above link leads to a Ravelry page where there are two versions of the pattern. Evidently the first has an error, so the designer has posted a second version with the correction. Both are available as free downloads, but I only saved the fixed version. There arent any photos in the text, but there is a wonderful chart to reference.

I really enjoyed seeing all the pics from all the different crafters who have tackled this pattern themselves. Every single one of them are unique and every one of them are stunning, no matter what yarn they used or what color combo. I love them all. I am really into these large shawls. I think they look good on me!
