Oh how I like the look of this Crochet Star Stitch Neck Warmer! The written pattern is well done and teaches how to do this star stitch nicely. I so want to make one of these, but I'm not to sure how tight it will be around my neck? I can't handle anything to tight. But the warmth this will create with this stitch is what I need.. I'm looking forward to making this one. Thank you so much for sharing this free crochet pattern.

I have a very sentimental attachment to the Star Stitch. I had my wings clipped by mandatory bed rest during the 7th month of my twin pregnancy, so I spent the time working up matching blankets for each. This basic cowl is easy to work up, but I have to admit I am not enchanted by the designers choice of colors. I almost didnt look at this project at all because the colors turned me off so much. When Im flipping through web pages, images mean a lot.
