The color seems off in the pictures. I thought it was a vintage looking bright yellow yarn, but then it looks like it is a neon-ish yellow with a green running through it. It is a great all purpose pattern for anyone and everyone. If you just make it longer it will make a great super scarf to wrap around and around.

Absolutely beautiful pattern! So delicate. It'll be perfect for a dressy night out on the town or just an evening on the back porch depending on the yarn I use to make it. To answer the question about the workaround, I am assuming it is the part where the bow is created. Your crochet hook is going to go under the ch 4 space two rows below and you do your sc like you normally do.

There were no instructions on how to do a work around. I have heard of them but have never done one. I really like this shawl. Can you provide instructions.
