It has been so long since my boys were at this age. We did the tooth fairy thing but we did not have anything like this. Placing the dollars under the pillow in exchange was the extent it went to. They would have gotten a kick out of this too.

This is priceless. This is one of those kind of items you have before you need it and use it for every one in the home. A new set of parents expecting their first bundle would be the perfect candidates to give this. When the time comes, they will be prepared to use this when the first tooth falls out.

What a clever little project! I think Ill suggest this project to my senior crochet students. They can work some up for their own grand (and great) grandchildren, and we can make a batch more for our upcoming craft sale this summer. These wonderful little scrapbusters are made of component pieces, so we could even get a little assembly line started.

This project is awesome. Such a cute pillow and what a unique idea. Wish these had been around when my boys were small. Both of my sisters have young children so I am definitely going to share this with them. I hope they make some of these. I would love to see them in person.
