I can remember the first time my Dad allowed me to wear colored nail polish. That was a riot. Now, I can take it or leave it. Sometimes it is not worth the trouble. I am such a tom boy I just "dig" right in and before you know it, my nail polish is chipped. Well, here is a way to pay homage to nail polish, lol.

The pattern for this nail polish applique is too cute. I am considering making this for my niece and applying it to a satchel to carry her books in when she goes back to college this fall. I think she will love it just as much as I will love to crochet it for her.
