It's a simple and easy pattern. They are some of the best kinds. You can do so much with this basic design. Add a white yarn shell border all around, sew tiny seed beads on it. Make two and sew them together, stuffing them to make a puff. Go wild with your imagination!

How sweet! I love the simplicity of this pattern. It's so bright and cheery too! I think I may work one up and see if it would be suitable to design a homemade greeting card around. This heart would be the perfect embellishment for it! I think I might even be able to do these while watching television in the evening so I can make sure to have enough on hand by Valentine's day.

We all need more love in our hearts and in our homes! These sweet hearts are too cute for Valentine's Day. Wouldn't it be great to give one of these hearts long with your Valentine's candy and cards? My child is too old for that now, so my hearts would be used as garland and strung along the steps and windows. I would make a bunch in red, pink, fuchsia and white.
