I have made so many of these cute little kitchen aprons, but Ive altered the pattern slightly to accommodate two yarn colors instead of one. I have used worsted for some of them, but prefer cotton so the apron can double as a dishcloth if necessary. These can be worked up so fast, and sell so nicely at a craft fair.

I made these for Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes - doll aprons! So easy, and very open to adaptations and color changes.
