I like this pillow, but do wish it were a little bit larger. The original instructions call for a size F hook, so I should be able to work this up with a larger hook or add some additional rows in the middle section. I had another idea, too. Why not work up just ONE side, finish it with a loop on top, and present it as an Easter themed dishcloth?
