Crafty Carrot Pouch Pattern
Work up a spin on the typical Easter basket by making this Crafty Carrot Pouch Pattern instead. The drawstring at the top allows you to be able to close this little crochet pouch and fill it with candy and money that won't fall out. It's also small and cute so you could hide these instead of eggs- then the kids won't even need to carry around a basket at all! What a creative way to do your Easter hunt this year by switching it up and using crochet Easter pouches.

I absolutely love this project! The designer provides clear instructions with good photos, plus theres a link to wonderful instructional video on YouTube. She also has a link to the precious little bunnies pictured with the carrot pouches. Everything is available as a .pdf download or print out. Next time Im at the craft store Im buying a big roll of orange yarn!

A great Easter pattern for novice crocheters. There is a link on the site to a video of you need extra help with the pattern but the instructions are very straight forward and it makes up in no time. There is also a link to make the small bunnies that are pictured. I made some for Easter gifts to give out to the children at church, I placed some small chocolate eggs in the bottom and then popped a small bunny on top. Thanks for sharing this free pattern.
