Chicky Egg Cozy
The best part about this Chicky Egg Cozy is how versatile of an Easter crochet pattern it can be. It's primary use is, as the names says, to be an adorably festive cozy for your eggs, whether you like them hard boiled or filled with goodies. Otherwise, you could fill each of these little Easter crochet chicks with stuffing and work the edges together to create a mini stuffed animal. You could then use your new little chick as part of an Easter wreath, other household decorations, or as little table figurines.

This is a cute egg cozy, but I like the designers idea of turning them into soft toys. She has Chihuahuas, so these would be ideal for that size dog. My large dogs would probably swallow them whole. Instead of fiberfill for the dogs, you could also tuck some catnip inside for a nice cat toy, too. I like the Mama and the Chicks idea, too, and the author provides a separate link for that pattern.
