This crochet ornament cover looks beautiful! It is such a great idea, especially if you have a bunch of different clear Christmas balls. You can use different colors of yarn to make your tree fun and festive for the holiday season. If you get some Christmas balls on clearance after Christmas, this would be a great thrifty gift for the next year.

I am finding lots of patterns for ornament covers this week. If only these had been featured on your site a month ago or even a couple of weeks ago, I would have had time to make some but since it is only a few days away from Christmas now, I will have to start on these after Christmas for next year.

I love the granny square style with the star in the center. It makes a simple but elegant ornament.
