How to Crochet the Princess Tiara Edging

1. Starting in the corner of your piece, slip stitch, chain 3.

2. Chain 2. Skip 2. 

3. Double crochet, chain 2, skip 2. 

4. Repeat until you get to the corner. 

5. For the corner, double crochet, chain 2, double crochet, skip 2. 

6. For the next row, start  back in that first double crochet you made and chain 5. That will be your first treble crochet and chain 1. In the same space, treble crochet, chain 1, and treble crochet again. 

7. Skip one double crochet post. In the next double crochet post, treble crochet and chain 1, and repeat in the same stitch 4 more times. 

8. Repeat step 7 until you get to the corner. 

9. When you get to the corner work in the chain section, 5 treble crochet and chain 1. 

10. Slip stitch the chain space of that original corner you worked in. Chain 5, single crochet in the next space. 

11. Chain 5 and single crochet in the next space. 

12. Repeat step 11 until you get all the way to the end.
