String the beads onto the yarn. You will need to push the beads along the length of the yarn as you work, so that they are not blocking the yarn you need to crochet with. Chain 20. On the next chain, pull a bead close to the hook before making the stitch, and crochet using the yarn above it. Repeat this until all beads have been used. Chain 20. Slip stitch into the first chain to form a loop, fasten off. You now have a very large loop that can be wrapped around the neck multiple times to form a multi layer necklace.

You cant get an easier jewelry project than this one. Just string on some beads and start making a chain. Im going to bookmark this one for my youngest granddaughters as well as my seniors. I have some fun animal beads for the kids, and more chunky ones for the adults. Its always nice to have a skills project that actually results in a finished product.
