Chic Textures Headwarmer
"When I designed the Scarfie Bandana Cowl, I loved the combination of stitch patterns I used and knew that the next accessory I'd design with it would be a headwarmer to match. The Chic Textures Headwarmer is an advanced beginner project that uses less than 90 yards of yarn and a large button. The pattern is written in one size only, but you can easily adjust the placement of the button to adjust the size to fit most teen & adult heads (some children depending on head circumference)."

I love just about anything with lovely texture. This gorgeous project proves the point that you dont need a bunch of fancy stitches to create something unique. The only tricky stitch is an Extended Single Crochet, and the designer explains it very well. There is a button hole and button flap, but not to worry because they only use basic stitches even a Beginner can work.

This lovely head warmer matches the coordinating scarf that is also available as a free pattern from the blogger. This is an easy to work pattern with a design that is an alternate to the cable stitch that can sometimes be a very challenging stitch to work for some crafters. With enough practice its not so bad to do.
