Eew! Eew! Eew! This will be the perfect gift for my eldest daughter who is into all things vintage! After all she's the one that got me interested in Miss Fisher. I can sooo see Dot on that television series wearing this on set. The directions seem very clear and easy to follow. These detachable collars can totally change the look of a shirt for a lot less money than purchasing another one.The pearl front and center is definitely a highlight!

At first glance I can picture a collar. Yes, I think this Crochet Pearl Drop Necklace is a good collar piece but of course there's an appropriate pattern for that. This vintage piece is so cute, it has an old school effect. I can imagine ladies in their Victorian outfits with this kind of necklace with lockets as pendants. You can make this necklace in a color that you fancy.

This really does look more like a collar than a necklace. But worked up in the right colors, this would make a nice accessory for the popular Steam punk look. I would probably change the smaller pearl button for something larger or more elaborate. You could also made the collar longer, reverse it, and button it in the back for a different look.

This is too cute!! I love the look of collar necklaces, but I never thought to make one myself. Thanks for the free pattern!

The first thing I thought of when I saw this piece is, it is so retro I love it! A girl would need several of these in many different colors to go with light weight sweaters, printed tunics, and even a solid colored tshirt. The next thing I thought of was, now here's a definite stash buster!

My youngest daughter will love this Crochet Pearl Drops Necklace! The patter reads well and sounds easy enough to do. I can see this necklace done with a glitter sparkly type yarn to make it stand out. I will be making a few of these in different colors for her. I like that there are pictures to show that your on track and there is a free print tab lower down the page. Thank you so much for this free crochet pattern.
