Assembly:

Sew Spots to the Mushroom Top using tails.
Add safety eyes to Stem as shown in photo. Backstitch smile on Stem using 12" [30.5 cm] of MC.
Stuff Top and Stem with Fiberfill.
1st joining rnd: With MC, join Top and Stem by working a sc through each st of last round of both layers. Join rnd with a sl st.
2nd joining rnd: Ch 1. 1 sc in each st around. Join with sl st to first sc and fasten off.
