Shamrock Boot Cuff Pattern
"This year I didn’t fancy going full dress up for St. Patrick’s day, with the hats and t shirts, but I still wanted a little touch of something Irish as nod to the day in my outfit. As I didn’t have a boot cuff pattern yet, and I had been meaning to design one for ages, I thought this would be a great time to design one that could be used any time of year as well as in the 17th of March!"

I hadnt owned fashioned boots in years, so last fall I broke down and bought a cute pair of half boots. Ever since, Ive been collecting boot cuffs because this is the quickest and easiest way to completely change the look of a boot. This is a cute option, and the designer takes you step by step through the pattern with easy to read text and excellent photos. You actually work the pattern upside down, and then flip it to add the unique shamrock border. You could add a different trim for a different look!

For those of us that partake in the St. Patrick's Day celebrations, this would be something adorable to add to the collection. The pattern is marked intermediate, but the directions are clear enough. For next year, Happy St. Paddie's Day.

Crocheting boot cuff is my new pastime. I love boots and I enjoy having cuffs to fit the event. I saw these too late to have for St. Patricks Day but I will have them next year. My coworkers call me the boot lady and cant wait to see what I will wear during holidays.
