Reusable Crochet Face Scrubbies
Keep yourself and the Earth clean at the same time with these Reusable Crochet Face Scrubbies. You can avoid creating extra waste from one-use makeup wipes and still pay attention to your skin care, not to mention saving quite a bit of money. This free crochet pattern uses cotton yarn, which is naturally easy to clean and is often used for washcloths. These are such easy crochet patterns that can be made in under an hour with relatively little yarn. They would make excellent gift sets if you decide to whip up several in different colors, and they are useful items for keeping your skin fresh and clean.

I don't wear makeup but I will make several versions of this pattern for my family and friends who do wear makeup. They will be able to wash these scrubbies and reuse them.

umasplace2016 1672 903, Im curious about your comments. This project is pretty much just a straightforward circle that most of us have made hundreds of times. Did you use the recommended hook size and yarn? Are you thinking that your finished circle should have looked like the Bonus scrubbies that the designer includes when you purchase the pattern? Because that IS a completely different pattern.

Making Reusable Face Scrubbies is a perfect way to consider the environment and the budget. I just finished making one and it was oh so easy. Making a stack of these is going to be quick. I love this pattern. Its a perfect gift, but the first stack is for me!

The colors are perfectly pastel and oh so pretty! What I like is making a dozen of these and getting a glass jar with a lid to stock with the scrubbies. It is the perfect gift giving idea. It will cost you pennies to make. But they don't need to know that!
