Little Sophie is only 2 but already has a very definite idea of her favorite color, purple! So I will be making this gorgeous pattern in shades of purple, pink and lilac (perhaps a light blue too). I love the design of this pattern, and that it is rated Easy, and am also thinking of using it for the wraps and knee rugs a group of us crochet for a local chronic care home.

How cute and easy is this Berries and Cream Baby Blanket.. The colors are beautiful together and I like the pattern stitch of crocheting in the chained stitches of the previous row. It creates a beautiful pattern.. I had to copy and paste the pattern into word doc. to print it out, but that is fine with me. I have it and can't wait to get going on it.. Thank you for this free pattern,

I am always looking for patterns that give texture and depth to the item, this will be a perfect addition to my daughter's blanket collection! I think this will make a great Christmas gift for my three year old niece as well. I love the colors they used in this pattern but also love that I could mix it up with my niece's favorite colors!
