Caron One Pound Crochet Baby Blanket Pattern
Create an elegant, heirloom style baby blanket with a simple one-row repeat pattern! Learn how to crochet an easy shell stitch baby blanket with one or two skeins of Caron One Pound yarn.
I say one or two skeins because, in reality this particular blanket took me more than a skein to create, but I do include advice for working this project up with just one ball of yarn. You'll need to decide what dimensions you prefer for your blanket before making the choice about how many skeins of yarn to buy!
I adapted this pattern from Affinity for Yarn. In my article I include a link to Heather's blog for the original pattern, which uses DK weight yarn. Check it out!
This is one of those simple, traditional projects that is sure to stand the test of time. Surprise new parents with a gorgeous handmade gift when you use this project.
