Bernat makes some of my all time favorite yarns, and I always appreciate seeing a new project from this stellar company. This is one brand of yarn that I always stock up on when its on sale or I have some discount coupons because I know Im going to need it sooner rather than later! The basic yarns are always in stock, and those specialty yarns are beyond tempting.

I am sending this urgent request for my almost 89 year old Mom who makes baby toboggans for newborns and gives them to different hospitals. She has been doing this for years and has made them for all of my Grandsons. Anyway, she used to buy her yarn at Walmart in the 10 oz. size but said they are cutting them back and charging the same price. This hurts her since she is on a very limited income. On style/color that she uses has completely disappeared recently and that is the Bernat Baby Sport in Light Lilac color. I have searched Walmarts from here in western NC to northern Florida to no avail. Can you please help me find this item for her? Thanks so much and God Bless, Larry Richardson for my Mom, Doris

Hi, I am working on the dipped coat pattern as well. I can not for the life of me figure it out. Even the corrections on the website seem ti be wrong. Were you ever able to figure it out? I really want to finish it for my daughter. Thanks!

Help! Trying to crochet a pattern out of Bernat kids on the go, a book I purchased. Dipped Coat (crochet) I have tried everything and can not get it to come out right as pattern is written! Going crazy ! HELP!
