I have become such a fan of the Stagger Stitch. So I was thrilled to find the YouTube video for this project (https//www.youtube.com/watch?v=L0IMLxSZGik), and even better, its hosted by Vickie Howell. I watch her show on PBS every week. The link to the pattern itself is below in the video in the notes section. Since this worked across the width, you can make it as long as you need. This is a wonderful project for those cake type yarns, too.

I'm impressed with the overall look of this cowl. It is so feminine and soft looking. The colors are just enough to be neutral with just a pop of the toned down coral for interest. And, what could be better than having two rows, the second row being the repeat row, until you get to the 48" length. Then, just sew the ends together and wear with pride!

Cowls. Cowls . Cowls. I LOVE cowls! MY job is mainly outdoors, even on the coldest winter day, so anything snug around my neck is definitely a big winner for me. The yarn is lovely, the colors are gorgeous and the pattern is rated Easy. What more could a girl possibly ask for?

Bulky yarns are easy to work with and work up quickly. I love the color combos chosen for this cowl, it has a hint of a southwestern flair. Would also love to seen this cowl made a little larger and worked up into an infinity scarf. Might just have to make one of each.

I regularly use varigated yarn, so I stock up whenever I see a sale. JoAnn's had some Red Heart Super Saver in "Marrakesh" on clearance, so I bought 6 skeins. I have been saving them for a special project. I think I just found it! I probably have enough to make a matching slouchy hat using the same stitch.

Love this Stagger Stitch Dimension Cowl for its colors. I'm crazy about cowls so this one is definitely in queue in my list. We're lucky the pattern is just right on this page. Thanks for this free pattern.

Oh I LOVE these colors!

Can't wait to share this with my friend Dana! She looks fabulous in pink and I could totally see her wearing this.

This is so pretty! The colors would brighten up a winter outfit or make a great spring accessory (graduation gift, maybe??).
