Slipknot and Foundation Chain
"The first step in creating your crochet fabric is making a slipknot and foundation chain. The chain can be a challenge for beginners. For many, it is even more difficult to than the stitches. It is the first thing you create while trying to coordinate the yarn and hook for the first time so, naturally, it is going to be awkward. Hopefully this video helps you make your first slipknot, chain and row of stitches."
