Owl Toy Free Crochet Pattern
Owls are such a fun design trend right now, so this Owl Toy Free Crochet Pattern offers a great way to capitalize on one of the most popular animal crafts. The colorful rosette peeks out from the top of the owl's head like a flower hair clip, and the wide-eyed expression perfectly captures that iconic owl personality. Kids can snuggle up with it to use as a pillow or carry it around as a stuffed animal. Their new wisdom-inspiring companion can be worked up in a few hours and is an easy crochet pattern to tackle for the afternoon.

This is so cute. I have been looking for something like this for a long time. I don't want it as a toy or a pillow. I want to make it into a purse for a little girl who is an owl lover. I just need that front view and I can do a half double stitch for the back side. Line, it, put a strap on it and either do away with the feet or shorten them up a bit. Thank you so much for this.

I made this pillow, but I didn't add the legs or the rose, and I used Red Heart Soft in teal for the body. It was an easy and fast pattern. My daughter loved it, but my youngest kept taking it, so I made another for him. Lol. I didn't even think about turning this into a purse. That is a great idea.I will have to try it.
