It has been a while since I have been around little girls that like to play with dolls. I know I enjoyed hours and hours of play time with mine when I was young. I loved to change their outfits and comb their hair. Hopefully, I will have someone to make these for when my sons finds their wives and start a family.

I love this. I bought my grand daughter an American doll a few months ago and she loves it. But the clothes are very expensive. She only has two out fits. This would really be pretty for her. And it's a very easy pattern. The directions are easy to follow. Thank you.

I recently saw a post of a hat for an 18" doll and now I can make a dress to match as well. The pictures for this doll dress pattern are welcomed as they will help illustrate the written directions. I hope to have a set of cloths to use by fall.

I recommend this pattern to beginners or experienced crocheters. It's easy and fun to make. It fits the American girl doll perfectly!!
