This is an intermediate skill rated tutorial. It is made with a front and back piece that are identical and then crocheting the sleeves beginning at the armholes so they dont have to be sewn on later. The boat neck appears to be a little bigger than what I usually prefer so I will figure out how to close it slightly.

Very nice. My sister in law would love getting this. Her birthday is in late June so I have plenty of time. Her favorite color is aqua so it will take me a bit to find the right shade. The pattern is very easy to follow so once I have the yarn it will work up quickly.

This is a nice and neat little sweater with long sleeves and a boat neck. It is an over-sized sweater that looks really comfortable. The free pattern that is give is for a size large and is rated for the intermediate crocheter. Other sizes are available for purchase at one of the bloggers listed sites.

I know the perfect (inexpensive!) yarn I can use to make this pretty feminie oversized sweater! There is a yarn by Loops Threads called Woolike. It's a lighter weight, sport weight type yarn. I made a swing cut tunic length sweater with long sleeves using just three skeins- I am a plus size! This sweater will give me similar results with my yarn for sure. I am loving the blush pink color and the fancy cables. Nice pattern that is relatively easy to follow!

I love learning new crochet techniques, and lately I have been in love with crocheting different types of cables. This looks like a fun pattern that I can not only use to advance my skills, but a practical one as well. I can always use a new sweater. I like that it is made using DK. It wont be as heavy as those made in worsted, aran, or bulky, and the stitches will be finer. Thanks for another great pattern Maz!
