Nice sweater! Here's how I would adapt it to fit my needs and preferences. I would size up one size. I would skip the belt loops. I would skip the belt altogether. Next, I would add two large pockets because I am a freak for pockets -) I also think I'd like a couple more inches in the length department, et voila!

I'm so happy I found this pattern and I'm about to start making it. My first cardigan! I'm thinking of skipping the belt as well and adding some buttons somehow.
