Single Skein Crochet Shrug
Make this Single Skein Crochet Shrug for your little girl this year. Crocheted shrugs like this are ideal for when there's just a slight chill to the air. The free crochet pattern is written for a child, but can be easily adjusted to any size. The arms are nice and loose, which makes this a super cozy crochet pattern to wear any time of the year. The best part about this particular crochet design is that only one skein of worsted weight yarn is needed to work up this free crochet kids pattern.

I am pinning this to make for my two granddaughters. One is 2-1/2 and the other is 11. I am not sure but I think I understand the pattern to be worked in a length down until when laid lengthways and folded in half the length goes from the wrist of one arm, across the back and down the length of the other arm. What about the width? I assume I would need to increase? Is there a specific stitch count to work the pattern? Could you show what the front looks like? I really would like to make for the girls.
