Child's Striped Poncho
The best part of these striped ponchos is that since they aren't fitted it takes a long time for kids to grow out of these! They are comfortable and loose--perfect for kids to play in or dress up.

Thank you for the pattern. I just finished making the poncho in white, light pink and dark pink for my 8-yesr old grand daughter. She is ecstatic.

I have just made a pink and brown poncho, adjusted to fit my Great Niece who is 3. I also made a hat in pink and brown large flower. Really pleased with whole outfit. I would like to add picture but cannot seem to find where to attached it. Brenda

Thank you for this pattern. had to do some alterations as I used inexpensive 8 ply wool and had to increase starting stitches, but it worked. I made two, a pink and aqua for my granddaughter and a purple and aqua for my niece. They are a bit large, but as our winter months are short in Queensland, it should last them a couple of years.

I have so struggled with the third row of this pattern. For some reason I end up with -40 stitches when I'm only supposed to be increasing by four stitches, can anyone help, please?

This is the pattern I have been looking for! But, do you have the adult size pattern for it? Thanx!

Love these ponchos. Just what I've been looking for. All I need now is the Australian ply equivalent. Love this website.
