Hi gcarletti! There are tons and tons of free sites that show how to do various stitches, and YouTube is loaded with instructional videos for beginners to advanced stitchers. Many free patterns on the web, including many of those here, are written by people who want to share their creations with the rest of us and are not obliged to post pictures. I for one am grateful to all who share their talents with the world! Sheila

I just got it open. I use a pc at my local library; it includes Adobe reader. I plan to make a pair and possibly more for a charity holiday sale our local crochet guild (Three Rivers Crochet in Pittsburgh) is holding in December. We raise funds for Rwanda Knits and local VA programs.
