Yarn Weight(1) Super Fine (27-32 stitches to 4 inches)
Crochet Gauge1 motif in pattern = 3 (7.5 cm) wide unblocked. Exact gauge is not critical for this project. Gauge is measured across widest point of motif in Row 5 or Row 8.
Finished SizeAdult: 48 (122 cm) wingspan x 12 (30.5 cm) width unblocked; 52 (132 cm) wingspan x 16 (40.5 cm) width blocked.

With a shawl this size, not too big and made in a rectangular shape, you could almost wrap it around your waist over your tunic or dress with leggings for a trendy fashion statement. I like coming up with different uses for things, thinking outside the box. It is hard to believe that it can be rolled up into such a small little package, perfect for travel!
