"This beautiful lacy infinity scarf is made with only one skein of worsted weight yarn and makes a quick gift. It can be worn long or looped around the neck for greater warmth. The length is easily adjusted by adding or subtracting multiples of 10 chains in foundation chain. A different yarn weight can also be substituted by using the appropriate hook size and adjusting the length and amount of rows. This stitch pattern was adapted from the Lacey Shells Stitch originally published in the Complete Guide to Crochet Stitches by Mary M Dawson in 1972.
