Hazel's Ruffle Scarf
"This scarf is super easy and a great project for a beginning crocheter. I have had many orders for this scarf, and even had a lady in Oregon order a bunch of them to sell in her boutique! The great thing about this scarf is that you can use any yarn and just adjust the pattern to the length you want. Once you get a row or two down and figure out the basic pattern, you’re golden! Also, you can keep adding rows if you want the scarf to be thicker and ruffley-er. Ha. It’s really so easy!"

This is a cute scarf, so Im not surprised someone with a boutique bought a bunch to put in her shop. That actually gave me a great idea. A boutique thrift store recently opened downtown, and it has been doing stellar business. I was thinking about approaching them with some handcrafted items, and this might be one to include. Its very easy to work up, and material costs are minimal as well.
