"This cowl design uses 2 different stitches worked in the back loop only to create a nice textured stripe. You will need about 220 yards of a #5 Bulky weight yarn but a weight #4 may also work as well. A US size J/6mm crochet hook or size needed to obtain gauge. The main body of the cowl is worked in rows and then seamed and the border or edging is then worked in the round. "
