Wow! I can see both of my young adult fashion conscience daughters loving this scarf! They are also very much cold bodies and this scarf looks snuggly and warm! Since an infinity scarf can be worn in soooo many ways I'm not sure how all they'll wear it but that's okay as long as they stay warm. I haven't worked with super bulky yarn before so it will be fun to try it. I like the two tone neutral. It will go well with their wardrobes as well! Thanks for the free pattern.

Chunky scarves and cowls give just about any outfit an outdoorsy, rustic look. I love how the designer has combined two different colors, too. This is an easy pattern to follow, but since the first row is just Single Crochet over the Chain, I would change that to working a Foundation Single Crochet instead. I find it much easier to handle than a long strand of chain and not so much trouble with twisting.

Well, when I saw this pattern called for super bulky/super chunky yarn and a Q hook, I said, I'm in! Can't wait to make it. It looks so comfy and will work up quickly. My daughter-in-law gave me some chunky yarn so it will be perfect for this. I'll just have to work on keeping my slip stitches loose while crocheting it.
