"Heres an easy chevron pillow decorated with some pretty flower appliques. These are fun to make and work up so fast in worsted weight yarn. They are great stash busters too and I often make them for gifts. The smaller pillow buttons closed to allow for each washing too."

These pillows are so cute! I love these for my summer home decor! They are also great for a little girls' room. Although the pattern shows us a certain color combination being used, you are only limited by your imagination here. Go crazy with the colors. Pick your own. Same goes with the flower appliques. These are my favorite kinds of patterns, the ones where I can use my own creativity while having a real pattern to follow as a back-up.
