    • Size U.S. H/8 (5 mm) crochet hook or size needed to obtain gauge
    • 20" [51 cm] square pillow form

    Instructions

    Front

    Ch 59.

    1. 1st row: (WS). 1 sc in 2nd ch from hook. 1 sc in each ch to end of chain. Turn. 58 sc.

    2. 2nd row: Ch 1. 1 scbl in each sc to end of row. Turn.

    3. 3rd row: Ch 1. 1 sc in each sc to end of row. Turn.

    4. 4th to 63rd rows: Rep 2nd and 3rd rows 30 times more.

    5. 64th row: (RS). Ch 1. 1 scbl in each sc to end of row. Fasten off.

    6. Fringe

      Separate 1 full ball of yarn into each individual shade and designate each shade A, B, C, D, E by yardage/weight with A having the most yardage and E having the least.

      Cut strands of A, B, C, D, and E each 7" [18 cm] long. With RS of Front facing, taking 1 strand, fold in half and knot into fringe in each rem loop along 2nd row reps and 64th row, as shown in Chart, noting each square represents 1 sc.

    Back

    Ch 59.

    1. 1st row: (WS). 1 sc in 2nd ch from hook. 1 sc in each ch to end of chain. Turn. 58 sc.

    2. 2nd to 64th rows: Ch 1. 1 sc in each sc to end of row. Turn. Fasten off.

    Finishing

    1. Joining Front and Back:

      1st rnd:
      With WS of Front and Back facing each other, join yarn with sl st to any corner st of Cushion. Ch 1. Working through both thicknesses, work sc evenly around 3 sides of Cushion, having 3 sc in each corner. Insert pillow form. Complete rnd of sc. Join with sl st to first sc. Fasten off.
