Crochet Doll Dress
"If you want to surprise your daughter or your granddaughter with a nice dress for Barbie you can now do it in a couple of rainy afternoons. Specially made for Barbie Made to Move, because the sleeves cover the shoulder joints. The bodice dress is knitting alternating double and single crochet to give a texture pattern. So if there is increase or decrease in the middle of the row it should be made not in group of 2 stitches but in groups of 3 stitches.Sewn to the hip and fastened with 2 snaps on the back."

The two little girls that live a couple of doors down from me received dolls for Christmas. This pattern would have been adorable to make and gift to them if only they had received dolls in this size. I guess the regular size Barbie dolls are no longer in fashion.

Here is what I call high fashion for those fashion dolls. This is just as cute of not more so than the store bought dresses. Was almost heart broken when I started reading the directions and saw that they were written in Spanish. Not until I scrolled all the way down I see they are also provided in English.
